I received immediate relief from hot flashes and mood swings with this product. I am in my mid 40's about 120lbs and only had to take the low dose. I did experience about a 4-5lb weight loss but it was very gradual and hardly noticeable until I got on the scales after 90 days. What I did notice was a reduction in water weight and bloating. I feel fabulous! I am 8 weeks into the off cycle and the hot flashes are back. I am going to call the helpline and ask if it is absolutely necessary to wait the full 90 days.
